Client Responsibilities

- Maintain records supporting your tax return
- Pay for services as agreed upon
Our Responsibilities
We agree to:
- Prepare your tax returns with professional care and diligence
- Keep your information confidential
- Explain our recommendations and answer your questions
- File your returns by agreed-upon deadlines
- Maintain professional liability insurance
Accuracy of Information
Our tax preparation services are based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for penalties, interest, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
Fees and Payment
Service fees will be communicated before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to withhold filing until payment is received.
Free Tax Review
Our free tax review is a preliminary consultation to assess your tax situation. It does not include tax preparation or filing services. There is no obligation to purchase services after the free review.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for IRS audits or adjustments resulting from information you provided.
Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional standards. We will not disclose your information except as required by law or with your consent.
